Introduction:Marble Coordinate Platform, Granite Coordinate Platform, Granite Platform, Marble Inspection and Measurement Platform - All Italian manufacturers produce marble coordinate platforms all year round, and sales volume gradually increases every year. Currently, our manufacturer is also launching new preferential policies for sales, which will better enable customers with demand to purchase cheap and affordable platform products
Marble three coordinate platform, also known as three coordinate flat plate, granite three coordinate platform, suitable for various three coordinate inspection and measurement work, machine tool mechanical inspection and measurement benchmark; Check the dimensional accuracy or shape deviation of the parts, and attach three markings on the surface for easy three-dimensional measurement.
Marble coordinate platform specifications:100 * 100-3000 * 6000, (Special specifications are made according to the buyer's drawings.)
The accuracy of the marble three coordinate platform: according to the national standard metrological verification regulations, they areThere are four levels: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
Marble three coordinate platform and granite three coordinate platform have relatively high accuracy. After precision machining by machine tools, flat castings need to be manually scraped and ground to achieve the required accuracy. The general accuracy standard is inspection standardUse the coloring method for inspection.
The 0-level and 1-level tablet platforms shall have no less than 25 points within a range of 25mm square on each side.
The second level tablet platform shall have no less than 20 points within a range of 25mm square on each side.
The 3-level tablet platform shall have no less than 12 points within a range of 25mm square on each side.
Calculation formula for flatness tolerance of marble three coordinate platform:
Level 000: 1 × (1+d/1000) Level 1: 8 × (1+d/1000)
Level 0: 2 × (1+d/1000) Level 2: 16 × (1+d/1000)
Level 0: 4 x (1+d/1000) Level 3: 40 x (1+d/1000)
Testing precautionsIn the formula, d represents the diagonal length of the flat working face. The flatness tolerance within the range of 0.02 α (maximum 20mm) from the edge of the working face is not considered, and any point cannot exceed the temperature of 18-25 degrees Celsius when measured on the marble coordinate platform of the working face.
